Support the Commercial Supply Chain Supervisor and Commercial Manager in driving regional initiatives and pursuing global alignment opportunities; Work closely with other CSCAs to ensure the successful and on-time performance of Alcoa’s commercial contract obligations, specifically related to Alcoa’s sales and international trade activities across North America; Act as a team member of a highly skilled group of specialists, providing backup and support on each critical task; Identify process improvement opportunities and eliminate non–value-added processes; Contribute to global alignment between regions in accordance with company requirements; Ensure all internal and external customers receive accurate and timely information; Lead the preparation and coordination of all documentation required for successful sales or purchases; Execute end-to-end trade activities, including hedging and the application of index-based market pricing when required; Attend and contribute to forecasting meetings for all logistics and delivery requirements covering all commodities produced by Alcoa’s Australian operations; Provide up-to-date and accurate information and reports to the business as required; Work closely with the shipping scheduling team to ensure deliveries are carried out in accordance with customer agreements; Work directly with Alcoa’s customers to ensure the timely collection of all sales revenue within a portfolio valued at up to USD 3 billion annually; Liaise with credit providers and banks to ensure all sales documentation is accepted and ready for timely collection from customers; Provide support for internal, external, and international country-specific audit requirements; Meet auditing requirements, including SOX testing and internal controls, across business units throughout the Pacific region; Provide month-end reporting related to commercial invoicing for sales. Requirements: Minimum education: Completed Bachelor’s degree; Degree or certification in a relevant supply chain discipline is highly desirable; Experience in a similar role; Experience in foreign trade and logistics or a related area, with familiarity in letters of credit, invoicing, inventory management, and general customer documentation related to sales processing; Experience with demurrage and detention charges, container shipments, freight management, and Bill of Lading requirements will be considered a plus; Experience with transactions in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus; Proven data analysis skills; Fluent English.
